Professional experience
Dr. Mohammad Aljaradin is an Associate Professor at the School of Health and Environmental Studies at HBMSU. Prior to his appointment, Dr. Aljaradin worked for more than 20 years at a number of prestigious research and academic institutions around the world.
Dr. Aljaradin was a member of various administrative committees and participated in faculty governance and service activities at the departmental, college, and university levels as Head of Department, and Department Chair. Dr. Aljaradin has worked as the Editor in Chief and a member of the Editorial Board for numerous international journals as well as on international project evaluation panels.
Dr. Aljaradin is an advocate of sustainability and the environment. Dr. Aljaradin organized and directed numerous seminars and training sessions to advance sustainability and the environment. Dr. Aljaradin actively participates in several worldwide NGO's and organizations that aim to protect the humans and the environment, e.g., Engineers Without Borders, Final Cycles, and the Sustainable Development Solutions Network.
Dr. Aljaradin's research interests include presenting a sustainable solution and assessing the environmental impact of industrial and human activities, as well as advising policymakers on environmental best practices and, and creating environmental awareness within the nexus among water, waste, soil, renewable energy, food security, agriculture, and climate
