Description
The Bilingual Marketing Content Senior Executive is responsible for developing creative, story-driven marketing content that resonates with diverse audiences across print, digital, and social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of narrative structure, brand identity, and marketing objectives, enabling the Copywriter to craft compelling, culturally relevant copy in both Arabic and English. The Copywriter ensures that all communications effectively support the university’s broader marketing and communication goals.
Main roles & responsibilities
  1. Content Creation & Editing
    • Develop creative, story-driven copy in Arabic and English for marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, web pages, newsletters, brochures, and social media.
    • Write compelling headlines, taglines, and calls to action to drive audience engagement and conversions.
    • Integrate brand identity, marketing objectives, and narrative structure into all content.
  2. Translation & Localization
    • Translate and localize content between Arabic and English, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and alignment with the UAE’s unique cultural context to effectively engage diverse audiences.
  3. Brand Consistency
    • Adhere to the University’s brand guidelines and editorial standards, ensuring a consistent voice, style, and tone across all channels and materials.
  4. Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with designers, videographers, web developers, and other professionals to produce integrated campaigns.
    • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop campaign concepts and messaging strategies.
    • Offer colleagues and stakeholders insights on language details and cultural considerations.
  5. Quality Control
    • Proofread, fact-check, and edit content to ensure it aligns with the University’s standards and objectives.
    • Review all copies for grammatical, factual, and typographical errors before publication.
Required qualification & skills

Professional Experience

  • 5 Years of directly related experience.
  • Previous experience in a higher education institution or similar environment.
  • Experience working in a creative agency, contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Education and/or Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
