The Master of Science in Innovation and Change Management focuses on the strategies for managing modern organizations and setting and maintaining the course of change. It provides learners with specialist knowledge and skills on how to overcome resistance during the change process, and maximize learning and innovative thinking for anticipating and coping with the repercussions of change. After successful completion of the Master in Innovation and Change Management from HBMSU, learners will be equipped with concepts and methods that will help them be successful managers and leaders of change.

The program prepares learners to develop innovation and managing change strategies and to create an innovation culture within their organizations. The complex issue of managing change is addressed using case studies adapted to the local and regional context. Learners will learn how to create and maintain a workplace
and culture that facilitates and sustains change including the benefits of a creative and innovative environment.

General Admission Requirements: The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited Higher Education Institution with a minimum AGPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 Scale or its equivalent.
