The Professional Diploma – Government Excellence System (GES) Assessor is designed to develop and upskill UAE nationals so they can specialize in excellence and innovation. The program provides the knowledge necessary to level up skills and experiences so that participants will be able to assume an active role, adopt, and practice a culture of excellence that brings change sought-after inside and outside their organizations.

With this program, participants will be able to evaluate organizations submitting to different categories of awards of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program (SKGEP), thus contributing and supporting the UAE government sector, positioning the UAE as a leader at regional and international levels.

Course Duration
The program covers 29 training days, 6 hours a day, an assessment of a government organization, and a capstone project presented to a jury.
Course objectives
Understand goals and dynamics of the Government Excellence System and their relevance to basics of excellence.
Understand requirements, criteria, and pillars of the GES
Define and review results and outcomes of different criteria
Understand the evaluation process, where the GES actively assesses capabilities, results, and applications so that to produce accurate fact-based analysis with added value to the organization.
Identify mechanisms of field trips and effective evidence collection.
Recognize how to leave a professional impression with the organization, as the assessor is a true ambassador of the GES.
