UAE, July 31, 2016 – Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) has revealed that the success of its Diploma Programme on Creativity and Innovation for staff of the Ajman Government has paved the way for a new phase of leadership in developing sophisticated programs for improving the education and training of government personnel. The program prepares forward-thinking government personnel to build a bright future based on distinct practices collectively representing a regional and global model for government excellence.

The program represents a strong start towards building and developing leadership and creative skills among executives working in Ajman’s government departments. The Diploma Programme on Creativity and Innovation for Ajman Government staff complements HBMSU’s portfolio of quality training programs primarily aimed at meeting the growing need for developing creative talents capable of keeping up with the rapid changes being spurred by the comprehensive cultural renaissance led the UAE under its wise leadership. The program covers five key areas: ‘Skills of the 21st Century Leader,’ ‘Prioritizing Innovation in Institutional Direction,’ ‘Using a Three-Dimensional Approach in Institutional Innovation,’ ‘Innovation and Creative Thinking Techniques,’ and ‘The Implementation of Innovative Initiatives Through Change Management’. H.E.
