The e-School of Business and Quality Development is proud to announce the Six Sigma Green Belt course to be held on 4th June - 8th June 2011. Developing Green Belts is a very powerful approach for cascading Six Sigma approaches and techniques throughout an organization. Green Belts receive a comprehensive Six Sigma DMAIC curriculum covering themethodology and its associated tools. Green Belt training emphasizes on: - a structured problem-solving methodology for business improvement projects; - use of intermediate quality tools within that methodology, and - generating bottom-line financial results. This level of skills and knowledge enables Green Belts to serve as high performing team members on Black Belt project teams as well as leading projects that do not require the Black Belt level of analysis and rigor. Green Belt candidates can be employees at all levels in the organization – frontline employees, executives, engineers, etc. This 5-days course is designed to provide participants with an overview of Six Sigma as well as key concepts associated with effective project teams. The major focus is on the DMAIC process improvement methodology and the relevant, intermediate-level statistical and graphical tools within that methodology. Acquiring the Six Sigma skills can help the Green Belt to make improvements in : - Improve process quality and reduce defects - Reduce process lead time and establish predictable deliveries - Reduce operational costs - Reduce ‘wastes’ in the processes, resulting in higher efficiencies, better costs, etc - Improve internal and external customer satisfaction For registration and more information contact Ms. Dhalia 04-4241033 or contact us here
