Dr. Khadeegha Alzouebi is an Associate Professor of Education at the School of e-Education. She has a PhD in education from the University of Sheffield, England. She also has an MEd and an MA in Educational research from the University of Sheffield, England. Dr. Khadeegha has worked extensively on educational policy, school reform, school effectiveness and change management both in England and in the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Khadeegha has worked extensively with school leaders to create an effective school climate. Dr. Khadeegha is also an active researcher with an interest that is particularly concerned with enhancing the effectiveness of educational leaders and school managers through the use of innovative technological practices while looking at factors that influence organisational learning and the different leadership styles with a strong global perspective.
