Overview

Designed to enhance learners’ proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

The Intensive English Language Program (IELP) Level 5 is a comprehensive English language development program designed to enhance learners’ proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, while preparing them for internationally recognized English proficiency examinations such as IELTS and TOEFL. 

Delivered through 30 hours of live online instruction, the program combines interactive teaching, guided practice, self-study materials, and digital learning resources to create an engaging and supportive learning experience. Learners strengthen their core language skills, expand their vocabulary, improve grammatical accuracy, and develop confidence in using English in academic, professional, and everyday contexts. 

The program also introduces learners to common English proficiency exam formats and provides targeted practice in reading, writing, speaking, and vocabulary development. Through structured activities and continuous practice, learners gain the knowledge and skills needed to improve their English proficiency and increase their readiness for formal English language assessments. 

The program is suitable for students, professionals, and lifelong learners who wish to improve their English communication skills, pursue higher education opportunities, advance their careers, or prepare for English proficiency examinations. No prerequisites are required to join the program.

Refund Policy

  • By registering for any training program offered by Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU), participants agree to the following refund terms and conditions:
  • Participants who wish to cancel their registration may request a refund according to the timelines below.
  • 1- If the University receives the refund request at least one week prior to the program start date, the participant will be entitled to a full refund (100%) of the fees paid.
  • 2- If the University receives the refund request less than one week but more than 48 hours before the program start date, the participant will be entitled to a 50% refund of the fees paid.
  • 3- If the University receives the refund request less than 48 hours prior to the program start date, no refund will be issued (0%).
