Refund Policy
- By registering for any training program offered by Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU), participants agree to the following refund terms and conditions:
- Participants who wish to cancel their registration may request a refund according to the timelines below.
- 1- If the University receives the refund request at least one week prior to the program start date, the participant will be entitled to a full refund (100%) of the fees paid.
- 2- If the University receives the refund request less than one week but more than 48 hours before the program start date, the participant will be entitled to a 50% refund of the fees paid.
- 3- If the University receives the refund request less than one week but more than 48 hours before the program start date, the participant will be entitled to a 50% refund of the fees paid.
