The Bachelor of Business and Human Resource Management (HRM) degree prepares graduates for a career in the specialized area of Human Resource as a generic professional field and provides them with a solid grounding in the functions of human resources management. The program develops competence and intellect to succeed in an increasingly competitive business environment.
A strong foundation in the principles of business and their evolution is developed in early courses of Years 1 and 2 of the program. The curriculum lays the foundation to acquire and appreciate the principles of business and human resource management. The accredited HR degree program from HBMSU will provide learners with a fundamental understanding of traditional business functions and the processes that link them to the advanced issues in the human resource management stream. Advanced courses such as Employment Law, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation, Training & Development, Labor and Relations, Pension & Benefits Plans, Applied HR Business Policies, Human Resource Planning, Occupational Health and Safety, and International HR Management provide a more detailed examination of the functional areas of human resources management.

General Admission Requirements:
A minimum overall average in the UAE secondary school certificate or its equivalent as per the UAE Ministry of Education as follows:
- 70% for the Elite Stream/ Advanced/ Scientific or Literary Stream
- 75% for the General Stream
