The Government Excellence System Assessor Program (National Qualifications Centre (NQC) Accredited Qualification) has been specifically designed to develop and prepare UAE national specialists in the field of government excellence. The program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, practical experience, and professional competencies required to champion a culture of excellence and embed it into organizational practices.

The Government Excellence System serves as a guiding compass for government entities in building integrated and holistic management systems that support leadership positioning, strengthen competitive advantage, enhance customer and employee happiness, and continuously improve organizational capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Upon successful completion, participants will be qualified to assess organizations participating in various categories of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program Awards. Through this role, graduates will contribute to strengthening public sector institutions across the UAE and support the achievement of the highest levels of proactiveness, resilience, and future readiness, reinforcing the UAE’s position as a regional and global leader in government excellence and innovation.

Pre-requisites

Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field to be eligible for admission to the program.

Refund Policy

  • By registering for any training program offered by Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU), participants agree to the following refund terms and conditions:
  • Participants who wish to cancel their registration may request a refund according to the timelines below.
  • If the University receives the refund request at least one week prior to the program start date, the participant will be entitled to a full refund (100%) of the fees paid.
  • If the University receives the refund request less than one week but more than 48 hours before the program start date, the participant will be entitled to a 50% refund of the fees paid.
  • If the University receives the refund request less than one week but more than 48 hours before the program start date, the participant will be entitled to a 50% refund of the fees paid.
